The following chargeable rates apply to my consultancy services.

Day 1: Full-day onsite consultancy inclusive of initial follow-up report* and video call.

 £350.00

Day 2 onwards: 2nd full day of any consultancy, or any repeat booking.

£280.00

Hourly rate: Work completed remotely / Offsite support

£40.00 p/h

• A full day consists of up to 7hrs onsite, plus 1hr30mins of total travel time. Additional travel time is charged at 50% rate, unless being used for completing project-related tasks.

• Half-day bookings may be available and are charged at a pro-rata rate of the 1st Day or 2nd Day rates, as appropriate.

• All rates are exclusive of travel costs which are charged at face value.

• For a single-day consultancy, the follow-up report will be a brief summary (1-2 sides of A4 on average). Longer reports may be necessary and will be subject to additional fees or as part of a fixed-fee quotation.

• Travel by car is charged at 45ppm. Train and air travel will be standard class (unless other options are cheaper), taxis will be used sparingly but as required, and overnight accommodation will be at a business standard hotel chain.

• Projects can be charged at a day rate or hourly rate, or a fixed project fee can be agreed.

• Discounts are available for recurring bookings or medium-term projects.

• Some bursary funding may be available for churches who require assistance but do not have the resources to fund it. Please do not be reluctant to ask about this if appropriate for your situation as I will try to accommodate cost restrictions in an effort to support your church’s development.

Availability

I usually schedule consultancy appointments 8-10 weeks in advance, although some closer appointment times may be available. Please feel free to enquire about availability. I’m currently booking appointments from April 2025 onwards.
